Two robbery accused remanded

TWO men charged in connection with the e7.6 million robbery of a Bank of Ireland distribution centre were remanded in custody yesterday.

This was to allow the DPP to issue Dublin District Court with directions on their charges.

Darren O’Brien and Mark Donoghue are charged in connection with e1.7m in cash seized by gardaí investigating the tiger kidnapping of a Kildare family and robbery of a Bank of Ireland distribution centre on 27 February.
