Limerick to star on NZ television

LIMERICK will feature on New Zealand prime time television next month as part of the build-up to the November 18 Munster v All Blacks game in Thomond Park.

Well-known New Zealand TV broadcaster Rachel Smalley and cameraman Leon Menzies, yesterday finished two days of filming in Limerick capturing the city’s unique rugby history and tradition.

And the TV package will “dispel some of the myths” about Munster’s historic win over the All Blacks 30 years ago.
