Christmas comes early as Dundrum celebrates exclusive toy story

JUST in time for the Christmas market, the celebrated London toy store, Hamleys is to open an Irish branch at Dundrum Town Centre.

The Dublin shop, due to open at the end of the month, is the company’s first standalone store outside Regent Street and will occupy 37,000sq ft over three floors.

Many of the features of the Regent Street shop will be replicated in Dublin. These include a 3m high sparkly dolls’ house in the Barbie Garden, a Teddy Bear Park with a bear bandstand, and Marvin’s Magic Area, complete with roaming musicians.
