FG demands to know reason for ‘astonishing’ legal action

FINE GAEL last night demanded to know what the Taoiseach had to hide.

Party leader Enda Kenny said that was the principal question raised by Mr Ahern’s court challenge to the tribunal.

“What is the Taoiseach hiding? What has he said in the Dáil that he cannot now stand over and defend in the Mahon Tribunal?” Mr Kenny asked.
