McGrath vows to withdraw support over health fiasco

INDEPENDENT TD Finian McGrath last night warned he would withdraw support for Bertie Ahern unless the Government delivers on health.

The Dublin deputy said he was ready to break with the coalition within the next year unless things changed for the better.

Mr McGrath, one of four TDs who did a post election deal with Mr Ahern to prop up his FF-Green-PD administration, warned the public were angry over the state of the health service.
