THE acting chief of a board set up to oversee the development of a new national children’s hospital has denied rumours of a row with the Government over delays in the project.

However, Joe Kelly, acting interim chief executive of the National Paediatric Hospital development board, said it was seeking clarification in three areas, namely: Detailed design specifications from the Health Service Executive for the proposed new hospital.

Approval of revenue funding for the operation, including funding a secretariat to the board.
