Chamber members go online

WATERFORD Chamber has launched an innovative new networking website in direct response to the needs and demands of younger members who are busy trying to successfully balance work, home and parental responsibilities.

Chamber members go online

The website, www.businessvillage.ie, is aimed directly at members who wish to avail of all the benefits of belonging to the chamber from the convenience of their own desk or home.

Waterford Chamber of Commerce project leader Claire Phelan said: “During the course of the last few years, we realised that there was a real need for the chamber to provide a solution to some of the challenges facing some of our younger members in respect of time and home role constraints. We launched www.businessvillage.ie only last week and already have over 100 members.”
