Potter star’s dad has dilemma

HURLING fanatic Donal Lynch is likely to have a faraway look in his eyes as he watches his 15-year-old daughter Evanna grace the silver screen at the Irish premier of the latest Harry Potter movie.

While tickled pink at Evanna’s success, the Limerick man admits that he’ll “be looking for a dark corner at the Savoy cinema” so he can keep an eye on his mobile phone and the results from the Limerick v Waterford Munster Final in Thurles tomorrow.

Evanna is starring in the role of Luna Lovegood in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and it was Donal who flew her to London for the auditions.
