THE former manager of an employment centre at one of the State’s largest disability agencies has told an Employment Appeals Tribunal that she was subjected to an 18-month long campaign of bullying.

Louise McCormack, who managed a workshop for St Michael’s House, is claiming she was constructively dismissed as result of such bullying by other senior staff at its centre in Santry in Dublin.

Ms McCormack aged 47 of Iveragh Road, Whitehall, Dublin, gave evidence that she was forced to quit her employment in March 2006 with St Michael’s House where she worked for 26 years after spending just 18 months in her role as manager of its division called Northbrook Industries.
