Four killed in weekend crashes

A YOUNG man died last night when his motorbike crashed into a pole in Co Kerry.

The death was the fourth on the country’s roads over the weekend, bringing the number of people killed on the roads this year to 127.

Gardaí were unable to confirm details of the accident, but it is understood the accident happened on a back road just outside the village of Moyvane, about seven miles from Listowel.
