WATERFORD County Council has teamed up with IDA Ireland, FÁS, Enterprise Ireland and other local development agencies to attract even more people to the region through a new website initiative.

The WorkInWaterford.ie website launched yesterday includes the key features that make Waterford a county of choice to live in.

On a practical level the website asks those looking to work in Waterford to register their skills. The information, treated confidentially, will be compiled and presented to potential employers to illustrate the extent of the pool of skills available in Waterford.
