North on verge of a ‘prosperous future’

A MORE stable and prosperous future is within Northern Ireland’s grasp, the head of the Catholic Church in Ireland claimed yesterday.

After holding groundbreaking talks with the Rev Ian Paisley and his Democratic Unionist Party, Archbishop Sean Brady said they had a very helpful and constructive meeting.

“Today’s meeting confirmed to me that all of us have a part to play in creating a more stable and prosperous future for Northern Ireland,” he declared.
