Upwardly mobile company brings jobs

Rigney Dolphin, based in the IDA Industrial Estate on Waterford’s Cork road, announced the posts yesterday in customer services, credit control, teleservices and research.

Chief executive, Dr Frank Dolphin, said the job boost follows the signing of a new contract with a leading mobile phones company.

The company provides growing back-up to mobile phone users on everything from retrieving their PIN to technical support.

“This is a timely boost for the service industry in Waterford,” said Mr Dolphin, “The county has huge potential in the services industry and it is a sector which we hope to continue to grow.

“Waterford has some major suppliers and this good news is timely,” he said.

Applicants for the customer service positions should have customer service experience and must be PC literate.

There are also vacancies for experienced credit controllers, telesales staff and researchers, in the customer services areas.

Rigney Dolphin employs more than 800 staff nationwide with bases also in Dublin and Dundalk.
