Actress Kathy Bates’ film classes

HOLLYWOOD actress Kathy Bates, who is best remembered for smashing James Caan’s legs in the movie Misery, is to travel to Galway on Wednesday for the annual Film Fleadh.

She will join with film director Nicholas Roeg to give master classes in the city during the event.

This year’s programme looks extremely promising with a combination of documentaries, premieres and big stars due to attend Galway throughout the week of 11 July to 16 July.
