Boy, 12, killed in Dublin road accident
Gardaí from Coolock are investigating the fatal collision, which occurred just before 5pm on the N32, which runs from the M50/M1 intersection to the Malahide Road.
The boy was the second fatality reported on the country’s roads yesterday following the death of a man in Co Meath.
Gardaí from Duleek are investigating that collision, which happened shortly after 9am yesterday.
A lorry, jeep and car collided at Fennor Cross, Ardcath, Duleek which resulted in the death of the man in his 30s.
The victim was taken to Navan Hospital.
Meanwhile, a 21-year-old man was killed in Co Wexford on Tuesday night.
He died when he was struck by a car at Saltmills, near New Ross, at around 7pm.
It is believed the victim had been warning oncoming vehicles that a slurry spreader had become detached from his tractor when the accident happened.
