Fury over Lenihan failure to appoint adopted person

ADOPTED people have criticised the decision of Children’s Minister Brian Lenihan not to appoint an adopted person to the incoming Adoption Board.

It was unacceptable that after 50 years the State-appointed body still did not have an adopted

person or natural parent, said Adopted People's Association (APA) chairman, Anton Sweeney.
