Government has let families down, says opposition

OPPOSITION parties yesterday criticised the Government’s long delay in completing the investigation into organ retention.

Fine Gael’s health spokesman Liam Twomey said the Government had handled the issue badly and had let families down.

“The delays in the inquiry have only added to delays in closure for families,” he said.
