As negotiations enter their final 24 hours, DUP leader Ian Paisley last night repeated his demand for photographic evidence of IRA decommissioning.

It also emerged that the Government will not seek a meeting with Ann McCabe, the widow of Detective Garda Jerry McCabe, until after a deal is brokered.
