Irish least worried on environmental issues

THE Irish are least likely in the EU to believe that environmental damage can be halted by changing our way of life.

The Irish are also the least likely to believe that human actions can lead to irretrievable damage to the environment.

But those who are not worried are outnumbered by those who simply don’t know, according to a new EU survey.
