Court funds to boost repairs programme

Legislation going through the Dáil will enable the Courts Service to use the estimated €9.4 million lying in the Suitors of the High Court fund, mainly the result of unclaimed funds from wards of court, funds invested on behalf of minors, bail deposits and civil lodgments.
