IT’S a bargain... A thrifty pensioner has come up with a cunning plan to boost his sex life and his pension.

Seventy-year-old Carmen Reitano has invented a device to halve his Viagra pills, giving him double the fun for half the price.

Mr Reitano, of Massachusetts in America, now plans to market the tiny guillotine, which gives users two hits from one $10 blue pill.
