Unilever to cut 84 driver and administration jobs

FOOD company Unilever yesterday confirmed job cuts in its 600-strong workforce. The company said a total of 84 ice-cream van drivers and administration staff will be laid off.

The drivers, who deliver HB ice cream and frozen food products, are based at various locations around the country.

Seven administration staff in Roscommon are also among those to lose their jobs.
