Mercedes opens up a sportier C-Class

Mercedes-Benz’s timing in revealing details of their new two-door, open-top C-Class Cabriolet — the first convertible model produced in C-Class form — could not be better, given the recent spate of good weather.

Afficianados will, however, have to wait until September to get their hands on one and, as of yet, they won’t know how much one will cost.

Even so, the new rag-top is being described by Mercedes Ireland sales manager Ciarán Allen as “a strikingly sporty and visually eye-catching model, with a design that oozes appeal from every curve and contour.”
