Fully electric e-Golf now available in Ireland

To celebrate the launch of the electric e-Golf in Ireland, Frank Keane Volkswagen is hosting an e-mobility event at his premises on the Long Mile Road, in Dublin, today, from 12pm to 6pm. Visitors can discover how electric cars work, and can drive the e-Golf, e-Up and XL1.

Fully electric e-Golf now available in Ireland

The e-Golf has just gone on sale in Ireland, and the fully electric car is priced at €32,660 (including €5,000 SEAI grant and 5,000 VRT rebate).

The car is is available for test drives in Frank Keane Volkswagen, who are the authorised e-Golf retailer for Ireland. Based on the multi-award-winning Golf hatchback, the e-Golf has a purely electric drivetrain and no tailpipe emissions.
