IT’S less than a year since the last detached family home in a great Beaumont Drive setting in Cork’s halo-ed and hallowed Blackrock hinterland came to market. 

IT was called after a local rock band of the 1970s, but the Cork house Sleepy Hollow now is more likely to conjure up images of suburban reveries than raucous rock gigs.
