An engineering solutions business headquartered in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, has posted half-year profits before tax of €40.8m.

KENTZ Corporation, founded in Clonmel in 1919 has secured a $35 million (€25.5m) contract from the National Petroleum Refiners of South Africa (Natref).
