An iconic Cork restaurant was one of a record 23 food outlets forced to close in November over hygiene concerns.

An army bomb disposal team made safe a second viable improvised explosive device (IED) at Rathcoole, Co. Dublin this afternoon, according to a statement released by the Defence Forces.
