A Dublin man who was found weeping over his murdered brother’s body has received a four-year suspended sentence for aggravated burglary at a neighbouring home shortly after the killing.

A 17-year-old boy facing sentence for over forty offences has been remanded on continuing bail by the Dublin Children’s Court pending sentence.

GARDAÍ yesterday said they were convinced that the man shot dead in Dublin’s north inner city last Wednesday was the innocent victim of a revenge attack for a murder in the area two weeks ago.
