A Galway family has collected more than €180,000 in prize money from last Friday's EuroMillions draw.

Gardaí in the Bridewell Garda Station in Cork investigating the discovery of the body of a man at City Garden Apartments, Northgate Street are appealling to the public for their assistance.

Gardaí are appealing for the public's help in relation to an apparent kidnapping in Athlone earlier this week.
