Gardaí in Cavan are today investigating a fatal road accident which occurred on the N3 road at Lavey, Stradone at approximately 7.45pm last night.

A HIGH Court bid to halt work on the M3 Dublin to Navan motorway because protesters claimed to have dug a tunnel underneath it failed yesterday.
