I WISH to draw attention to the recent flooding of Cork city and the Lee Valley and the fact that nothing has been done to prevent further flooding.

A FEW years ago, in the early hours of the morning, a young man drowned when he fell into the River Lee from the sea wall that runs between Glenbrook and Monkstown.
