The Australian shire of Bland is to twin with Scottish village Dull and US community Boring.

Residents of the village of Dull are celebrating after the US town of Boring reportedly voted to pair the two communities.

Officials in the Oregon town of Boring, are voting on whether to link up with a village in Scotland called Dull.

Residents of a small Scottish community called Dull are aiming to form an interesting partnership with the town of Boring in America.
