Qatar police have found the house where a militant assembled the car bomb used in a suicide attack a week ago that killed a Briton and injured a dozen other people.

An Egyptian carried out the suicide car bomb attack on a theatre in Doha, Qatar, popular with Westerners, that killed one Briton, according to to the country’s interior ministry.

A Briton was killed and a dozen were injured when a car bomb exploded outside a Qatar theatre during a the performance of a play, the Interior Ministry said.

More than 50 people were taken to hospital tonight after a blast tore through a theatre with about 100 Westerners in the audience in Doha, capital of Qatar at the southern end of the Persian Gulf.
