A female cyclist injured in a traffic collision in the Killerisk area of Tralee on Thursday, has died.

A 48-year-old woman has been convicted of careless driving causing the death of a woman cyclist on the outskirts of Tralee in what the judge described as “a tragic accident” last January.

A MOTORIST had a lucky escape when the contents of his car’s petrol tank gushed onto a roadway after he damaged the underneath of his vehicle on a speed ramp.
