A man accused of membership of the Real IRA in Limerick drove into Co Tipperary to collect drainage rods, he told the Special Criminal Court in Dublin today.

A man accused of Real IRA membership in Limerick has been acquitted on firearms and ammunition offences after the Special Criminal Court in Dublin said it could not convict on mere suspicion.
