Russia: PepsiCo which last week struck a $3.8 billion (€2.87bn) deal to buy Russia’s Wimm-Bill-Dann, plans to expand further on the eastern European dairy market, including via acquisitions, a senior executive said.

PEPSICO Inc is buying a majority stake in Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods for $3.8 billion (€2.79bn), making it the biggest Russian food and beverage company.
