A TOTAL of €36.5 million was invested last year in more than 300 projects in the North and the Republic’s border counties by the International Fund for Ireland.

The International Fund for Ireland today reported investment in 2004 of €36.5m in more than 300 projects in Northern Ireland and the border counties in the Republic.

The International Fund for Ireland has helped create over 32,000 jobs since it was created in the mid-1980s, it said in its annual report today.
