It was an intense and close battle as Ian Robertson's 40-minute punched goal helped Dublin to an eventual two-point win over Offaly in the Leinster Senior Football Championship semi-final at Croke Park.

A much-improved second half display from Dublin led them to a comfortable nine-point victory over a battling Longford in their Bank of Ireland Leinster senior football championship quarter final at Croke Park.

Dublin are always one of the most keenly watched teams in the championship, and this year will be no different.

Dublin have introduced a number of new faces for their clash with Longford in Leinster.

Ian Robertson and U-21 star Wayne McCarthy will replace Ciaran Whelan and Jason Sherlock for Sunday's NFL clash with Donegal.
