DESPITE fire, smoke and water damage, An Post staff have delivered a fully operation post office.

I AM a frequent user of the Cork-to- Cobh train with a simple complaint that would cost little to rectify. Trouble is Iarnród Éireann has no complaints procedure. I have left my telephone number twice at the ticket desk.

CAN it get any worse? Is there a better plan? I use the train regularly and tried to book club class on the Cork/Dublin line, but I gave up phoning after an hour.
