Two men have been jailed after pleading guilty to their part in a raid on the home of a Cork businessman, which was foiled by gardai.

Three men with Cork addresses have been charged in connection with a foiled armed robbery at the home of a businessman in Glounthaune on Sunday night.

A Corkman has appeared in court charged with possession of over €100,000 worth of ecstasy.
