A Galway man paid £1.50 to the father of a mildly mentally impaired teenage woman to have sexual intercourse with her, Mr Justice Paul Carney at the Central Criminal Court heard.

Two sex attackers indecently assaulted a 15-year-old girl as she walked to school yesterday, gardai said.
