Less than two months after their All-Ireland Club final defeat to Ballyhale Shamrocks, Kilmallock got off to a winning start in the group stages of the Limerick senior hurling championship.

Kilmallock and divisional side Emmets are the only sides left with 100% records after round two of the Limerick SHC.

Limerick manager John Allen has named an unchanged team for tomorrow's Allianz Hurling League Division 1B final against Clare at the Gaelic Grounds (throw-in 6pm).
