One of Ireland’s best-known restaurants, Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud, is enjoying its best ever year.

Business at Ireland’s most celebrated eatery— Dublin’s Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud — is on the up and up with its eponymous co-owner yesterday confirming it has just enjoyed its best ever year since it opened 35 years ago.

Ireland’s most celebrated restaurant had its busiest year in 2014 since opening 34 years ago leading to a profit jump of €88,000.

The country’s top-rated restaurant “has come through the worst of the recession” after recording increased business last year and in the current year.

THE only bit of hot air you’ll find in Patrick Guilbaud’s kitchen comes from the extractor fans.
