Settlement talks are underway in the marathon case by Sean Quinn’s five adult children denying liability for some €410m under guarantees of loans advanced by Anglo Irish Bank to Quinn companies.

IBRC has told the High Court steps are still being taken by on behalf of the Quinn family to put assets beyond the reach of the state bank.
