It is obvious that the mission statement of this government can be summed up as: “Screw the poor! Target the weakest! Cosset the rich!”

IT is obvious that the mission statement of the recent Budget can be summed up as: “Screw the poor!..... Cosset the rich!”

AS a long-suffering, taxpaying commuter, I wish to comment on the public transport system in Cork, specifically the number 8/8A route from the city centre to Bishopstown during evening rush hour.
