Wales Under-20 James Loxton will make his debut for Cardiff Blues against Ulster in the Magners League at Ravenhill on Friday night.

Alan Gaffney has named Denis Leamy instead of Jim Williams in his side to face Cearphilly on Friday night in the only change from last week's European Cup win over Perpignan.
