Dublin family mourns second murdered son

In a report on 2 August 2011, the Irish Examiner carried a report in relation to the murder on July 31 of Kevin Kenny, 30, of O’Hogan Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin. In the article it was stated that Mr Kenny had previously been prosecuted for assaulting a tourist. We wish to clarify that Mr Kenny was not, in fact, prosecuted in relation to an assault.
