A woman in the US who left a homeless man she hit with her car to die a slow death while lodged in her broken windscreen has been jailed for 50 years.

A JURY took less than an hour yesterday to convict a former nurse’s aide of murder for hitting a homeless man with her car, driving home with his mangled body in the windshield and leaving him to die in her garage.
