THE Government is confident it will be able to introduce random breath testing of motorists, despite legal concerns about its constitutionality, Taoiseach Bertie Ahern said yesterday.

The Ministers for Transport and Justice, the Garda Commissioner and officials from the National Roads Authority and National Safety Council are due to attend a summit on road safety in Dublin today.
