It’s usually a cry heard at Wimbledon, but there was no shortage of footballs at the Moyle Rovers GAA Grounds in Clonmel on Saturday as the Tipperary Ladies Gaelic Football Association attempted to break the world record for the ‘Largest Football Mosaic’.

A Wexford man who stabbed his sister’s boyfriend to death in a vicious row, during which part of the accused’s ear was bitten off, has been found not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter.

A Wexford man accused of murder allegedly stabbed his victim ten times in the body, a jury heard at the Central Criminal Court today.
